申请手机号码时提供银行支票帐号、护照、移民纸、联系电话（可以是亲友的）、住址，所以如果你在第二天能开好银行帐户就可以申请到手机号码，至于费用depends on which plan will you choose. Usually 200$ for deposit when you apply the number, and from 20$ to 50$ per month for service fee. I have no experience in applying regular telephone, so I don't know the regular telephone fee.
