不一定, 据说只要还没递交485就可以续TN的, 递交485之后一年也就拿到绿卡了

They don't have to wait N years. They could get it done within 3 years. I guess the problem is only with China born applicants because of the backlog.

Honestly, when it comes to a question like that, there is no sure answer. Maybe or maybe not, 50-50. It's an endless debate without a concrete outcome. It's really up to you if you want to take chances or not.
