枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 加拿大护照和TN签证都是2017年5月到期, 什么时候renew比较合适？能不能人在美国先邮寄 renew 护照，然后再 renew TN visa? 大家都是怎么操作的？我是想早点重新申请一个十年期护照。

You do not need to reapply TN, just bring old and new passports with you when crossing the border.

If you want to apply 10 years Chinese visa then renew and apply, otherwise there is no need for that.

Yes, one reason is for 10 years Chinese visa, another reason is my company may sponsor me for Green Card, so I'd better to have a long valid passport first.
