我上传第一个IMM5257, 错误信息显示“Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly.Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.” 有人遇到过这个问题吗？我检查了表格好几遍，要填的都填的，不知道为啥会有错。

再问一下，我的在线申请已经CLOSE了，显示：A final decision has been reached This application has been approved。但是MESSAGE没有新的信息讲护照已经寄出之类的。是这样吗？是不是表示已经给了签证？谢谢！

我的也是一样的。Application Status:Closed; A final decision has been reached: This application has been approved
它的帮助显示：If your application is approved, we will send you a letter and instructionson how to get the visitor visa, work and/or study permit you applied for。
对，E-App也是签证中心，寄这里省不少钱。我们用的是 Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC)，所以有一个Tracking Number可以查。按thickroad (四环胡同)经验，“据说走VAC护照1周回，直接寄使馆我们用了10天，北京地址”，再忍耐一下吧。

那个不行，就是个自动回复说些样板话。本来还有个case specific 的链接，提交时总是报错。网站上的电话就是个装饰，打过去之后就是语音留言，说不接待个人和电话查询。。。

Try canadainternational.gc.ca/china-chine. then go to visas and Immigration tab. then goto quick links : Contact the visa office tab. then ask a question tab. you will find instruction for making an enquiey... Hope this will.help yoi

Did you fill out the "Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713) (required)"? for your parents application? Such as my father represent my mom for the online application?
