枫下茶话 / 法律 / 我收到Startec的六月份国际电话帐单,可实际上六月份我根本就没有用Startec打过电话,并且我也从来没有打往这个国家的通信纪录,与他们的CustomService联系,却态度很不友好,说就是这样的纪录.请教各位,遇上这种情况,难道就只能自认倒霉了吗?

不付账单可能会被转到收帐公司，影响信誉。我觉得一个办法是继续与电话公司交涉，态度强硬一些，直接要求找经理。另外可以投诉他们，应该有一个机构，负责管理电话公司的，但具体我不清楚。

May be you could give some evidence, at that time, you are not possible to make that call. Some times, they make mistake. Startec management seems a little bit problem. Use fax or letter, go to their manager.
