请问来加探亲的父母，在加拿大合法居留期间能在bufflo申请探亲签证吗？就是签证已经过期，但是stay status还没过期，又想出去旅游。。不知道有没有人成功过？

what does it mean "stay status"?If they want to apply for re-entry visa to Canada at Buffalo, then they have already been living in Canada for at least one year. If they do and also have US visa, then yes, they are eligible to file it there.
