if you have no Guarantor, you can fill out a special form, then sign it in front of a notary or commissioner.

英语不过关害人阿。。。Guide上都注明了任何一个有加拿大公民身份（有护照信息）的既可以做这个Guarantor， 父母只要不是代申请人， 也可以。。。
