"Equal parent immigration processing across overseas Visa Offices"
所以没有和其他类别移民抢资源，属于父母移民内的调整更公平合理。
但这个太长了就把Among overseas VO 去掉了。
2. adj. + n. 和 n. + n. 都可以，统计上可能parent Immi多点，没有重大语法错误。
先支持下"parent immigration". 另外公平和speed up process可不可以同时要求? 政府不能discriminate against us, 这是"公平"的诉求, 是个legal question; 但如果policy决定大家都慢慢处理, 那只能走political路线了.

i have wrote many letters and emails to minister Kenney, no reply, i think it won't even go to him. it will be deleted by the clerk, so rally is the best way for cic to hear our voice. and media is a good way to communicate with the big shots. .unfortunately, there aren't many chinese MPs in parliment hall to speak for us. that is why india got the most parents immigration number (5 times of BJ), because there are many india MPs speak for their own people
