要回国了，但是枫叶卡还没有更换下来，已经交了快5个月了，也不知道何时才会办下来？（会不会寄丢了？）请问拿中国护照回中国时出境和入境时要出示枫叶卡吗？谢谢。

you can find the phone number on the website, call them and ask agent to help you check .I waited for 5 months, they mailed the wrong address.
if you have emergency, you can fill the special form to apply ,you also can find all the staff on website,good luck
