请教各位，因情况有变，上两个星期去办的中国签证是一次入境的，我下个月中才回国，现在想改为一年多次入境。打过电话给大使馆，他们说要再交150元重新办过。我冤！请问各位，真的是这么回事吗？

一次入境签证不是3月内有效吗？入境后延期就可以了.
