枫下家园 / 人到中年 / 我生性贪吃,又好长肉。在孩子和老公的百般“诽谤”之下,终于下决心来个强化训练,看看能不能减点肉,或至少压实一下脂肪。哪位姐妹同有此心的,看看能不能结个伴,一块锻炼一下。我想参加那种Bootcamp,一周3次或5次那种。还没下决心,有点怕坚持不下来。

祝你成功,可是发现,突击减肥不如满满的减肥长期有用,老外说的, 一月减一点点,所以本人也不努力了,就盯盯食物卡路里,每天坚持5分种高强度运动可以了,上下跳就可以

减肥吃肉没问题,主要是少吃淀粉(大米,馒头,包子。。。),尤其是晚餐,要坚持,不求快,每月一点点,快速锻炼,可以快,但反弹也快,同时锻炼要是有氧的,锻炼另外一个不好就是,运动量大了,胃口也大了。

谢谢你!我尽量少吃米,多吃蛋白质的东西。锻炼以后,身体感觉好了很多。平时真是太懒了。
