各个学校不大一样，你可以到学校的网站上查一下。有一个问题我也不大明白，申请时如果还没有Lading，似乎是按海外学生对待，即使已经拿到了PR。

I am very sure.
when I submit my application, I attached my LP as reference, so nobody ask me any financial questions and the university never ask for visa issue.The vital point is: You must have LP in hand in stead of promising you will have in the future.
