建议不要买一套低端的.一般常用的也就是chef's knife和cleaver. 买高端的,好好保养可以用一辈子.

大部分的双立人是MADE IN GERMANY, 用的是德国的钢, 所以也是最贵的, 质量最好. 也有少量的双立人在西班牙生产, 但是是黄色手柄的. 单立人是双立人公司在上海的分厂做的, 质量差点, 价格便宜.

Mine already use 14 years. They still work very well. But I have brought 磨刀器TWINSHARP. Knife only need to slide three times, it will sharp right away. Also I like their scissors. I always use it to cut chicken, crab.
