They cannot force you to move out, especially in winter. (if you really have no money)But you have to provide concret reasons why you cannot follow the contract. They may ask you questions like If you cannot afford it, why sign the contract at the beginning.

我觉得, 既然合同上写明了你交了罚金也得把房子租出去, 1,2两条只是其情可怜, 其理不通. 如果合同上说你协助管理公司把房子租掉, 3是很有力的证据. 4看来对你很有帮助, 多找几个证人, 他不承认也没用.
