实施后好像返加证就取消了。

明年6月28日实行。1是否没有返加纸了。2。是否可以担保一个其他非直系亲属了。3。是否5年内住2年就可以保住移民身份了。哪位DX知道

谢谢，我找到了那个法案的细则，有些地方好象是放开了，比如如果夫妻有一方在加有稳定的工作，另一方可以保留PR的资格。有兴趣的话，去那里看看。
