It means that the network is down. You can login to your home machine as any user in your machine if you don't need to use any netkork resource.

你可以在login屏幕的domain（好像是这个，反正最下栏），选择登陆本机！！呵呵

oh, that's maybe a problem. You can try boot pc in "SAFE MODE" by press F8, then disable the network log in......then.....
