I suggest to buy a new bicycle.In Canadian Tire or Zeller, you can find a brand new one only around $120. They are good enough for riding in the city. One of my friends spent $30 to buy a second-hand bicycle. After that, he spent $30 for the lamp(It's required by law), $5 for the bell and $20 for fixing it. See, how much he spent at last?
