I brought from China a LG TV card, which was claimed to support NTSC, but it didn't work at all. I am pretty sure a TV card supports either PAL or NTSC, never both. So buy it here, cost about $100.

这里不贵,电视100多块.电视卡不行,我也带的,但这里的插口较小,而国内的卡接口大
