Seemed i have the similar background as you in university, hehe. also poor English scores in advanced English class, and also can't be seen in the final transcript.I think you'd better search the websites of different universities, 'coz the admission requirements are different as well as the tuition fee. If you want to take TOEFL in Canada, you must study harder than paper test. coz it's more difficult to get the same high score as paper test.
