Rollor, 你上当了, IT'S A HOAX. The file it mentions is a good file from Microsoft. My company issued an advice two days ago warning this hoax.

SULFNBK.EXE, the advice says it only applys to Windows 9x.

I am using win95...and dont have it in my pc...isthat weird? is it hidden file? but I check the show hidden files option...anway I guess this does not apply to me either

The file is in Win98 installation file Precopy1.cab. If he thinks he needs the file, just simply extract it from the .cab file and put in the windows directory.
