DELL的机器不错，具我所知安省很多大学和College都使用DELL的机器。24小时开机，365天被学生折腾，质量至少说是没有问题

要说hd，IBM的最容易坏，到现在已经坏了2个IBM的，昆腾质量不错，就是声音大。Seagate也不错

I buy there for my roommate buy there too and get 2 friends buy there, nobody complains. What is the real problem of computer? Get the receipt and refund, or find a place to send your complain. BTW. I am not friend of that Shop.

I bought my computer from them too long ago. I seldom use it and it seems work quite well. But I remember the owner is bad tempor. One shortcoming is the loud noise it makes.
