one more question about 担保资格的大致估算多伦多属于A级人口城市，我的家庭现有两口人，加上我要担保的父母两人一共四口人，那么我的收入必须高于$33,063。

I don't think soI believe the family size has to include your spouse.

A more important thing I just found out about the income requirement: the $33,063 is the NET income. That means, you have to subtract your rental expense, any loans (life insurance, car insurance, student loans, and mortgage etc), any unpaid expenses from your income.
