相约北美 / 定居入籍 / 急盼各位前辈指点！！！我一家两口没小孩，7月初登陆多伦多，现在考虑租房。条件：交通便利（利于工作），附近有买生活品和肉菜的商店，面积够住就行但最好独立厨厕。房租多少？最短租期几个月？手续如何，提前租好去了就住，可行吗？
