If I were you, I'd check out what CIC says, not anyone else.1. It states very clearly 1095 days in CIC application.
2. CIC would ask you full copy of the passport, sometimes even check Canadian Custom records, not US custom.
3. why can't wait another 90 days to save the worrisome and trouble.

Agree. However, sometimes 90-day may be critical to save one from having to apply the PR Card.

申请表上写得很清楚 - 1095天, 否则不受理, 不退钱. 至于移民班怎么说, 随他们遍了, 嘿嘿, 有任何法律效力吗? 90比起三年也不多啊, 还是踏踏实实的吧.
