I think she can get it.I applied the US visa last August with a student identity. My husband worked in Toronto. I want to visited my brother in Boston. Then I got a 10 years visa. Bring her tuition fee invoice, student card. Check US embassy website what else she need to bring. Don't bring any bottled water. It's banned. She can get it the next day. Good luck!
