出国的原因多种多样，环境你指的是中国吗？总觉得人应该适应环境，即便你可以选择，也是主动的选择，而不是逃避。

I have the same feeling too. I am not an outgoing person even when I speak in Chinese. How can I talk so much in a language that I am not familiar with? Maybe that's the most important problem.
