枫下茶话 / 法律 / 各位熟悉法律的大虾进来看看：如果我是雇主，这样做违法么？我的公司欲招聘一员工，我把一位有对口工作经验的技术移民拒掉；却招聘了一个刚本科毕业没有经验的留学生，并协助他（她）办工作签证。
好像加国法律规定公司必须优先雇佣本国永久居民或公民的，那么我的行为是不是违法？会不会被起诉？

违法! The person you hired may not be able to get working visa without approval from Human Resources Canada.You have to post the job for 6 months, and show them that you couldn't find qualified person in Canada in 6 months.
