the time for applying Maple card is not a fix one. you could apply after the period . and your LP is usable till 31 Dec. 2003.

你现在就可以申请枫叶卡。等3月回国前，你就可以拿到枫叶卡了呀。你回来时就不用再使用LP了。枫叶卡必须本人去取。因此，回国前先办好就得了。
