No Kenmore. I bought front-load washer at sear, such hard time for service. Yesterday, I waited for whole day, called couple of time, was told to wait, finally, sorry you need reschedule.

check it first and confirm the whereabout for the leak. Because almost leaking water goes down from the bottom of the washer. If the leak is from the tub or the transmission shaft, the repair will be very expensive.
