The problem is that I did trace the mail in Canadapost's system however "they are not able to find any results". (I called Canadapost this morning and was told that it means the mail has not been mailed out yet, in most cases, isn't it weird?)
As I mentioned, we had the appointment on June 30 and could not get any information till now. The only fact slightly relieving my anxiety is there were 2 day vacations during this period (Canada Day and Independency Day). But it still takes too long...

    父母的签证在６月３０日顺利通过，当时被告知大约要一个星期。可直至今日还没收到护照。父母都急坏了。
