And you would also file a complain on his lack of workplace safety, that's a bigger issue than the money involved, that will put him in a lot of trouble. So remember if nothing else, file a complain with the ministry of labour on his workplace safety

3) should the Korean or his agent call again, #1 inform him that you intend to file a complain in regards to the work place safety issue, he will be pissing his pants I guaranteed you. #2 inform the toronto police that he's threatening your personal safety. #3 Inform the korean, perferably in written that you plan to take him to small claims court if he doesn't pay your the wages owed promptly...

    各位老乡好：

    我有一个法律问题想请教大家。事情是这样的：

    我是4月20日经天虹介绍到一家韩国干洗店去打工，我干活又快又努力，工作的很辛苦，手被熨衣服的机器烫了几处，我实在是不想在那里干了，我在星期5正好脚稍微扭了一下（现在没问题了），我想正好找个理由请几天假，好不干了，因为我的英语不好，所以叫了一个英语好的朋友替我打个电话给韩国老板，说我的脚扭的很重，不能上班了，想请几天假，过后再说因为手经常被烫伤，这个工作不适合我就辞工算了，但韩国老板说话狠凶，说用手干活也不是用脚干活，叫我马上去上班。我当然没去了。第二天老板又叫一个中国同事给我家打电话（是我爱人接的），叫我下星期一如果没有医生的假条的话就必须去上班（因为我的脚没事了，医生肯定不能给开），否则他要找他的律师（可能老板怀疑我撒谎），因为我是新移民，对加拿大的法律也不清楚，所以想请教一下各位同胞，我和这个店又没有签任何合同，他可以告我吗，我可以把后几天的工资拿回来吗？
    因为我的手伤，我可以告他麽？在哪里可以找到律师？

    注： 第一天试工时师傅教我怎样用熨衣服的机器，不付工资。
