Although applied as a programmer and succeeded in landing in this cold country,I don't think I now have enough ability to compete for a job with other people in IT field.This is why I want to go back universities to improve myself.But I found it's also rather tough to get enrolled in univesities.I don't want to waste so many money to apply many universities in order to get admission.So would you please to suggest me some possible universities according to my personal information:

with a bachelor engineering in Electronics,I graduated in a good university in China.Since then I have worked as an assistant engineer in a computer center of a goverment department. Now I want to apply a graduate studies in E.E. My GPA in university is about 3.35/4.0,My GRE is 2090,not take Toefl yet(plan to take it next jan.)

I will highly appreciate your suggestions.Thanks a lot.
