OK, been asking questions on and off (I put 4 on my W-4 to close previous thread, thanks everyone).
While talking about TN holder/Canadian citizen applying for green card, some guy said the immigration treats people based on their birth origins, not citizenship. This is the case for Chinese Canadians, those born in China and now holding Canadian passports. If that's true (he said so) then we are on a limited quota and green card can be a tough goal. Well, this is assuming sufficient sponsorship from employers (not clear how much money or effort it costs but not impossible).
Any clarifications? Any success experiences?
Thanks!
